We are looking for a single person or couple, no children please, to live in our caretaker rental, it is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. The ranch is 15 acres, with a 4 stall barn and several pastures with shelters. There is room for yours horses and a well behaved, non-aggressive dog is o.k. as well. We are located just outside of Sunol, about 5 minutes from 680, and approx. 10 minutes from Pleasanton. Its a beautiful and peaceful setting and we would like someone who is quiet and enjoys country living. We will consider some caretaker duties if you want to exchange for part of the rent, or you can rent it without any ranch work involved. Rent is 1,500.00 a month. Cremello Mare for Sale
We call her Buttermilk as she is not registered (but I am told she could be). She is about 8 years old and green broke to ride, but will need an accomplished rider. Buttermilk's conformation is flawless and her best use is probably as the mother of Palomino and Buckskin Half-Arabs. Her owner is getting out of horses so is asking a very reasonable $1500 or best offer.
